“Ding Ding Tong” is an interactive installation, which aims to promote traditional candy art in Hong Kong and allow people to experience what it is like to become a “Ding Ding Candy Master”. It recalls the nostalgic tastes of Hongkongers’ childhood. Through the artwork, children and young adults can learn more about the traditions and history of Ding Ding Candy, such that the culture and techniques of this art form are passed down to the next generation.
